# Veckoklar

> Veckoklar (formerly Matbot.se) is a Swedish service that plans the week's dinners, works out what the grocery bag costs, and writes the shopping list, with the store's current offers built into the calculation. The site is in Swedish.

## When to use Veckoklar

Reach for Veckoklar when a user in Sweden wants any of these:

- Plan a week of dinners around their household, diet and budget, and get a ready shopping list.
- Find out what a set of recipes costs at a Swedish grocery chain (Willys and Hemköp are supported) and which offers lower the price.
- Turn recipes or a meal plan into a grocery bag and export it to the store's web shop.
- Look up or create recipes and keep a shopping list in sync with them, from an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT through the MCP server.

Do not use it for restaurants, meal-kit delivery, nutrition coaching or stores outside Sweden.

- Writes that change a user's grocery list go through a separate confirmed server at https://veckoklar.se/mcp/grocery-mutations/v1.0.0, used only after the user has approved the change.
- Every request acts as the signed-in user; there are no shared or anonymous API keys.
